German Bundesliga runners-up, Borussia Dortmund, have set a deadline for English club Manchester United to agree to the deal for their 20-year-old striker, Jadon Sancho.
The German club set the 10th of August as the deadline for the Red Devils to finalize the deal, as they are eager to hire the England International, who is their top summer transfer target. Dortmund have asked more than 100 million Pounds for Sancho, but no agreement yet on a fee, which would be paid in installments.
Dortmund have set the deadline because they want undisturbed preparation for the 2020-21 Bundesliga season. The new Bundesliga season will start on the 18th of September, with the transfer deadline for international deals on October 5th. Sancho has been at Dortmund for 3 years, having signed from Manchester City in 2017 for a fee of about 10 million Pounds.
