Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, has arrived in China to attend the third meeting of the Trans-Himalayan Forum.
He is accompanied by Dr. Abdul Latif Nazari, the Deputy Economy Minister.
The forum, which is hosted by China in Xi Zhang Province, will discuss economic cooperation, regional connectivity, and ecological changes among the countries around the Himalayan mountains.
The forum has invited representatives from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Mongolia, and other countries.
Besides participating in the forum, the delegation of the Islamic Emirate will also hold meetings with the officials of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other participating countries.
