Under the new long-term agreement, Nova and Voyo will continue to show live coverage of MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 races, and all practice and qualifying sessions.
The deal, which runs until 2026, was struck with Dorna Sports, the commercial rights holder for MotoGP and prolongs a 13-year relationship with the top motorcycling series.
Alex Arroyo, senior director of commercial media at Dorna Sports, said: “We are very happy to see MotoGP remain with Nova Sport and Voyo in Czechia and Slovakia for another five years. After 13 successful years together, we look forward to the fans enjoying even more extended coverage of the sport in two countries that have always shown a huge passion for motorcycle racing.”
The MotoGP deal is the second motorcycling agreement Nova and Voyo have struck with Dorna in recent months, having secured long-term rights in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the FIM Superbike World Championship in April.
Nova Sport and Voyo are owned by Central European Media Enterprises, the media and entertainment company that operates TV channels in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
